EPS Nomination

The Electronic Prescription Service, also known as EPS, allows your GP to send your prescriptions electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.

By nominating My Pharmacy Cloud, your prescriptions will be sent directly to us, making the process faster, easier, and more convenient for you.

What Is EPS Nomination?

EPS Nomination means choosing a pharmacy to receive your electronic prescriptions automatically.

Once you have nominated My Pharmacy Cloud, your GP will send your prescriptions to us digitally instead of giving you a paper prescription.

How Does EPS Benefit You?

EPS saves you time by removing the need to collect paper prescriptions from your GP surgery.

Your medicines can be prepared in advance so they are ready when you need them.

Who Can Use EPS?

Most patients who receive NHS prescriptions can use the Electronic Prescription Service.

You can nominate a pharmacy even if you do not order repeat prescriptions.

How to Nominate My Pharmacy Cloud

You can nominate us by speaking to a member of our pharmacy team in-store.

You may also be able to nominate us through your GP surgery or online NHS services.

Changing Your Nomination

You are free to change your nominated pharmacy at any time.

Simply let us or your GP surgery know if you wish to update your choice.

Keeping Your Information Secure

Your personal and prescription information is handled securely and in line with NHS data protection guidelines.

Only authorised healthcare professionals can access your prescription details.
