Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about shopping at We are happy to offer an extended 28 day return policy for unwanted items as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition with all tamper-resistant seals and cellophane intact and unopened.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please email our customer services team at including your order number, name, address, date of order, product details and reason for return or call us on +44 (0)20 8520 0795. A member of the team will be pleased to assist you by raising a return on your order for the item(s) being returned and provide you with a returns authorisation code.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken.

How to return an item ?

Please note

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning the items to us. This should insure you for the full value of the items returned.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility

For the safety of all of our customers, we can't accept the return of medicinal and/or food, drink products.

Please note that refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take up to 30 days for a refund to be processed back onto your card by your credit card company

Is it possible to return the goods I have ordered?

We hope that you will be happy with your order but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us or call us on our customer service line on 01227462422 within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You will find that our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you in returning your unwanted order. To make sure this process goes smoothly, please ensure that you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.

Our returns policy complies with the distance selling regulations that gave consumer the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax is acceptable but the merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. We will be unable to offer this returns policy on items opened for reasons of hygiene.
